Real growth starts at the root. This package is for anyone ready to slow down, get curious about what’s beneath the surface, and move forward with clarity.
I’ll walk alongside you: asking good questions, offering structure, and helping you notice what’s ready to grow. You already hold more wisdom than you may realize.
Rooted in a redemptive coaching framework, this work is especially suited to the deeper layers of cultural identity: the stories and beliefs that shape how you see yourself, but rarely get named out loud.
What’s included
Session 1: The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a research-based assessment of your intercultural mindset
Sessions 2–6: Debriefing your results and turning insight into grounded next steps for how you lead, relate, and grow
Good fit if you’re navigating a leadership transition, wrestling with identity and voice, or simply want someone in your corner to think out loud with.
Sessions are held every 2–4 weeks, virtually or in person in the Twin Cities.
