GROW TOGETHER with

Learning Circles

A shared space for guided reflection, courageous conversation, and collective growth

Rooted Mosaic Learning Circles are small-group experiences designed to help people slow down, listen deeply, and grow together across difference. Each circle blends story, reflection, and dialogue as participants explore themes of identity, culture, and belonging.

Learning Circles can take many forms—discussion-based groups, book studies, history explorations, or guided practice cohorts—yet all share the same purpose: to cultivate self-awareness, intercultural agility, and relational wisdom in community. Grounded in curiosity and humility, these circles help participants stay rooted in who they are while engaging others with openness and courage.

NOW THAT I SEE:

From Awareness to Accountable Action

6-Session Learning Circle

Many of us have crossed a line of clarity we can’t step back from.

We’re seeing more clearly how racial and social injustice actually works—not as isolated incidents, but as patterns rooted in history, systems, and power. For some, this clarity has come slowly. For others, it has arrived all at once. Either way, awareness alone no longer feels sufficient.

The question that follows is often quieter—and heavier:

What do I do now?

This learning circle is a small, facilitated space for people who are ready to move beyond head knowledge and into discernment about faithful, healthy, and accountable action. It is not a space for quick fixes, performative responses, or checking the “right” boxes. Instead, it centers formation, responsibility, and sustainability.

Format:

  • 6 facilitated sessions

  • Small group (8–12 participants)

  • Live, reflective conversations
