Rooted Mosaic exists to help cultivate that kind of formation in individuals, teams, and communities.
Rooted Mosaic is currently building its foundation— the quieter but essential work of grounding, training, and growing the capacity to serve people, teams, and communities with care and integrity.
As I continue to build the offerings of Rooted Mosaic, I’m also investing in training that will support this work for the long term.
Right now, I’m focused on raising $4,000 to complete a professional coaching certification, which will help shape Rooted Mosaic’s coaching and learning circles and strengthen the quality of support I’m able to offer.
Donations will also help create tiered payment options, allowing more people to participate in Rooted Mosaic offerings regardless of financial capacity. I hope to build a model where those with greater resources help make space for others to engage in this work as well.
This is not a purchase, and nothing is offered in return. It’s an invitation for people who believe in this work — and in me — to help build the foundation.

Rooted Mosaic LLC is a for-profit venture. Contributions are voluntary and not tax-deductible.

Funds will be directed toward completing a professional coaching certification with Redemptive Coaching ($4,000) and, in the longer term, finishing my graduate degree in Diversity Leadership at the University of St Thomas- St Paul, which I had to pause due to funding constraints.
