for Rooted Mosaic…

Rooted Mosaic is currently building its foundation

— the quieter but essential work of grounding, training, and growing the capacity to serve people, teams, and communities with care and integrity.

As I continue to build the offerings of Rooted Mosaic, I’m also investing in training that will support this work for the long term. Two key steps are underway:

  • Completing a professional coaching certification that will shape Rooted Mosaic’s coaching and learning circles.

  • Finishing my graduate degree in Diversity Leadership, which I had to pause for financial reasons.

Right now I’m focused on raising $4,000 to finish the coaching certification, which will unlock the next concrete step in launching Rooted Mosaic’s coaching offerings. Later, I’ll invite support to complete my graduate program to add more rigor and depth.

This is not a purchase and nothing is offered in return. It’s an invitation for people who believe in this work — and in me — to help build the foundation.
